We offer a wide range of professional and technological meteorology services. These include:
Weather Forecasting & Briefing - we supplied the Dryden & District Chamber of Commerce with daily weather forecasts and severe weather warnings during their 17 day long 2004 MooseFest summer festival. These products were tailored to the needs of the various outdoor events such as a fishing tournament, wind sufing regatta, baseball tournament, and outdoor concerts - let us put together the package that's right for you.
Radio Broadcasts - we do broadcasts that listeners will change stations to hear - call to find out how you can get more ears tuned to your station.
Weather Training - we trained the canoe expedition guides at the Boy Scouts of America's Atikokan High Adventure Base in the techniques of reading the sky to foretell the weather. Where they operate, there is no weather radio or internet service. Let us put together the training package that meets your needs.
Weather Stations - we offer the whole service - from determining the best instrumentation, through site selection, installation, training, to servicing and decommissioning obsolete stations.
Climatological Studies - we do data collection, retrieval, and analysis to help clients. Some recent examples are:
- Analysing the temperature records to assist a youth organization to set its policy on tenting by younger youth.
- Extracting from the archive what the actual weather conditions were during a missing person event.
- Collecting wind data for small power generation projects.
Call us to discuss your needs.
